Cider is a drink that perfectly adapts to all seasons. During the winter months, it warms you up and creates a sense of coziness, while with a bit of creativity, it can also become a refreshing choice for special occasions.
Its versatility allows it to suit both classic flavors and bolder combinations. Whether you’re a fan of traditional tastes or love to experiment, cider always brings something unique – warmth, flavor, and a touch of festive magic.
We’ve prepared two recipes for warm cider and one to spice up any holiday gathering.
MULLED CIDER
You’ll need:
🔹 20 ml whiskey
🔹 1 tsp sugar or 50 ml apple juice
🔹 20 ml lemon juice
🔹 120 ml Bora cider
🔹 star anise
🔹 cinnamon stick
🔹 orange slice
🔹 nutmeg
Heat the cider, making sure it doesn’t boil. Add lemon juice, sugar, orange slice, star anise, cloves, nutmeg, and a cinnamon stick. Let it simmer gently to allow the spices to blend, but avoid boiling. Finally, add the whiskey and stir well.
If the drink is too strong, you can halve the amount of whiskey.

🔸 1 tsp sugar or honey
